Managing stress, anxiety and depression for teens.

How to cope with life!

For Professional Young Performers, Ages 15-18

Stress is an inevitable part of life. The older we get, the more it seems that stresses grow. While we all deal with them, stress and anxiety do not have to control our lives. Using proven behavioral and cognitive strategies, group members will learn concrete skills to combat stress and anxiety in our bodies; and learn valuable tools to help change some of our thinking patterns that lead to stress.

This will be a confdential, small group where participants will be able to share their expriences and gain valuable support.

*** Informed consent forms must be completed before begining the group, by those over 18, or by parents if the young performer is under age 18.
