Keep anxiety and stress in check!
For Professional Young Female Performers, Ages 12-14
Whether it happens before an audition, on an airplanes or comes out of the blue, all of us experience anxiety and stress throughout our lives. While anxiety is common, it doesn't have to get the best of us. In this two-part course, group members will learn concrete skills to identify and manage any type of stress or anxiety that comes their way.
****In the first session, skills for fighting anxiety and stress will be taught.
****In the second session, we'll discuss success of putting skills to use.
This will be a confdential, small group where participants will be able to share their expriences and gain valuable support.
*** Parents must sign and review attached informed consent form and complete before young performer can participate in the group.
